Domaine Aurore CASANOVA decided to create their estate by renting family plots, observing them, contemplating them and understanding them to move towards viticulture without chemicals, then vinifying them to give them to the most curious to see and taste.
An environmental and human approach is their philosophy in the vineyard. No herbicides or synthetic insecticides, apply biodynamic principles in order to pass on healthy land to their children and to harvest healthy grapes to make good wines.
100% Chardonnay, from old vine of 1988, Les Petites Vignes, Puisieulx (Montagne de Reims). From the harvest of 2018, 2019 and 2020. Only 3913 bottles produced. Aged for 3 years, disgorgement : 11/10/2023
