Crafted entirely from Carricante grapes, this is the centerpiece of the Gaja and Graci families’ collaboration and reflects their dedication to showcasing the unique terroir of this iconic volcanic region. The wine boasts vibrant notes of citrus, orange blossom, and minerality, balanced with refreshing acidity and a delicate texture, a sophisticated expression of Mount Etna’s southern side.
